These terms apply when you visit floreoaetas.com, create an account, place an order, or request a FloreoAetās service. By doing so, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms. You must provide current, complete, and accurate information and use the site only for lawful purposes.

Products are currently offered for delivery and use within Hong Kong only. Checkout accepts Hong Kong delivery addresses because this is the market covered by our present product-compliance and service arrangements.

The site may be viewed elsewhere, but product availability, claims, and services are not an offer for sale into another jurisdiction. We will publish revised terms before opening another market.

We take reasonable care with descriptions, imagery, ingredients, volume, and availability. Screens and natural batch variation may cause slight differences in colour or appearance. Packaging may change without reducing the product’s essential character.

Skincare information is general cosmetic guidance, not medical advice. Read the label, follow directions, patch test when appropriate, and stop use if irritation occurs. Seek professional advice for allergies, pregnancy-related concerns, persistent conditions, or adverse reactions. Results vary by person.

Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement does not itself mean that we have accepted the order. Acceptance occurs when payment is confirmed and we dispatch the products, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may refuse or cancel before dispatch because of stock, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or an obvious technical problem. Payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded to the original method.

Checkout shows the final product price, currency, and delivery charge before payment. Displayed currency conversions use fixed retail rates and may differ from bank or market rates. Your card issuer may apply its own fee.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Delivery estimates can be affected by carriers, weather, access, and events outside our reasonable control. Provide a complete, secure Hong Kong delivery address and review it before paying.

Our Shipping & Returns Policy forms part of these terms and explains charges, damaged items, the 30-day unopened-product return window, and refunds. Nothing limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

A private account requires a valid email address and email confirmation. You are responsible for safeguarding login details and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may send messages needed to confirm an account, secure access, process an order, arrange a return, or manage an appointment. Journal and promotional messages are separate and may be declined at any time.

At-home delivery and product-use guidance is available only in Hong Kong for eligible paid orders containing the designated serum and emulsion. Requests are subject to location, staffing, and confirmation and do not create a booking until we confirm the precise time.

The service provides cosmetic education only. It does not diagnose or treat a condition. We may decline or end a visit where the environment is unsafe, abusive, inaccessible, or materially different from the booking information.

Do not interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape at unreasonable scale, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the site unlawfully.

The FloreoAetās name, wordmark, photography, writing, design, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to FloreoAetas Limited. You may access them for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, sell, republish, or operate a competing service with them without written permission.

We are responsible for loss that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by information or instructions you supplied, or business loss arising from consumer use.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory consumer remedy.

We may update the site and terms for legal, security, operational, or service changes. The version in effect when an order is placed governs that purchase. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.

These terms are governed by Hong Kong law and the Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Chinese and Spanish versions are provided for convenience; if meanings differ, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
